Order processing time

Due to the unique dedication of each piece handcrafted in our Barcelona workshop and custom made to order, orders may take up to 16 working days from the date of purchase to be shipped.

Unique pieces, which do not require any adjustments, will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Customers may make exchanges and returns on the condition that the pieces are returned by traceable mail, paid for by the customer and within 5 days of receipt of order.

All sale or custom items are final sale and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

In case of requesting a return, there are no refunds, the amount spent will be refunded in the form of a gift card that can then be used only in the online store Lucía G. Barcelona.
